PepsiAmericas, a leading supplier of Pepsi Co. beverage and food brands, acquired a large number of bottling distributors in 2004, each with its own distinct culture.
PepsiAmericas recognized the need to establish a universal culture brand, searching for a way to simplify its employee survey process,
(using over 20 different versions of employee surveys at the time) and implement a survey model/system with the capacity to identify and assimilate an integrated culture.

Leveraging over 20 years of employee survey experience, Creative Metrics collaborated with PepsiAmericas to design, implement and manage a comprehensive employee survey spanning the organization. PepsiAmericas linked this feedback system to its Annual Operating Plan, making employee survey participation a strategic priority.The survey process was designed with speed, flexibility and functionality at its core. Depending on the section of the workforce, employees complete a PepsiAmericas specific survey online through a secure survey environment, or by hand through a confidential paper survey. Creative Metrics’ sophisticated print-on-demand solution makes it possible to conduct paper surveys in days not months, while an on-line translation management tool converts surveys into any one of the 17 languages spoken by PepsiAmericas’ 15,000 employees.
PepsiAmericas has the ability to track its employee survey process from a single location. Using Creative Metrics’ streamline reporting tool, leaders can create unlimited ad-hoc reports and analyze levels of trust and capacity throughout the organization as a whole, or broken down by specific business units, department and/or teams.
