This on-demand system, which links directly to Ingram Micro’s present HRIS system, offers Ingram Micro’s employees and managers a single point of reference to set objectives, align goals, provide feedback and conduct meaningful appraisals.Creating a highly individualized experience, Creative Metrics incorporated all of Ingram Micro’s complex business rules and dozens of their role-specific competency models under a single platform that affords managers the flexibility to self-determine the timing of reviews, (weekly, monthly or bi-annually). Performance management is now an on-going and dynamic process throughout the organization. The system encourages managers to periodically conduct one-on-one meetings with direct reports and share feedback on a regular basis. It provides a convenient location for managers and their direct reports to track progress, update goals, record one-on-one discussions and store performance notes.
Based on Ingram Micro’s behavioral and functional competencies, writing assistance/comment suggestions are readily available to increase the speed and efficiency of the evaluation process. Creative Metrics links each competency within the system to a set of development suggestions to help employees take immediate action based on feedback and performance appraisals.
